He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Bonham and Geraldine Bonham; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his children, Rob Bonham (Christy), Kim Rutzke (Fred) and Rick Bonham (Michelle). He is also survived by the mother of his children and a dear friend.
