He is survived by: his wife Arlene Berdell Loyd Rance; his children, Willie Rance, III, Aaja La'ni Cooper, Akila Polk, McKenzie Rance, Bellamy Rance, Simba Rance and Dedrian Beason (Oral); his grandchildren, Symone, Ciera, Alana and Alexander Beason; his daughter Margaret Mary Rowan Brown; his grandchildren, Thomas Francis Brown and Ruby Faye Brown; his child Typhani Rance; his grandson Andre Nathaniel Rance; his siblings, Thelma Lee Rance Cook, Barbara Jean Rance (Jessie), Annie Mae Rance Shaw and MacArthur Rance (Sheila); and his cousin Robert Monk. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
