He is survived by: his father Thomas Lee DiVita; his stepmother Wanda Barton DiVita; his siblings, Thomas Lee DiVita II (Meredith) and Crista Marie Bridges (Buddy); his nephew Thomas; his nieces, Taylor, Ainsley and Madison; and his former wife Brandy DiVita. He is also survived by mother; along with his loving family, colleagues, and many friends.
