He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack and Annie; and his siblings, Jack Jr. and Marylin. He is survived by: his wife Janice; his sons, Chris and Josh; his grandchildren, Jackson and Joshlyn; his brother Roy (Linda); his sister-in-law Debra Bennett; and his brothers, Stanley Rupp (Linda) and Steve Hartkemeyer (Tracie). He is also survived by many loving nieces, and nephews.
