He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlen Hopper and Lucille Hopper; his sister Charlene Williams; and his grandson Kenneth Keller. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Chad Hopper (Heather), Jodi Hopper Wignall, James Frye and Deborah Kiebert; his grandchildren, Brittney Hensley (James), KayAnn Keller, Trevor, Riley Michael (Taylor), Megan Hopper, Morgan Hopper and Ashley Gutierrez (Thomas); and his sister Karen Hopper Gerke. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the First Baptist Church of Atlantic Beach (1050 Mayport Rd, Atlantic Beach, FL 32233).
