He was predeceased by: his parents, James Norton and S. S. Battleship of New Jersey; his siblings, Joseph, Michael, Patricia and Kathleen; and also Elizabeth O'Rourke Norton.
He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, James (Barbara), Catherine Lind (Thomas) and Christopher (Gayle); his grandchildren, James, Christopher, Andrew, Elyse, Kerry, Brendan and Caroline; his great grandchildren, Avery and Austin; and his brother James. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
