He is survived by: his wife Joann; his children, Louise Andrasik Ambrose (Pete), Katy Hulse McGinnis, Gretchen Hulse (Joel), Alycia Hulse, EJ Hulse (Kylie) and Jessie Galmish (Ryland); his siblings, George (Nancy), Jane (Eddie) and Veronica; and his brother-in-law Victor (Linda). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
