We are sad to announce that on July 25, 2025, at the age of 95, Herbert Packer of New Port Richey, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Herbert departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Herbert may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Herbert leaves behind.
He is survived by: his children, Bill Packer, Kathleen Gergar and Rebecca Harper; and his sister Viola Lombardo. He is also survived by four Grandchildren and twelve Great-Grandchildren.
