He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Caples; his daughters, Tamara Shiflett (Warren), Kimberly Sliwinski (Glenn), Lori Paul (Dale) and Karen Karl (Matthew); and his siblings, Audrie Stonebreaker, Reenie Weaver, John Carver and Charles Carver. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
