He was predeceased by: his parents, Pasty Henry and Frank Henry; and his granddaughter Mira. He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Gathman, Carlie Goff and Ricki Sullivan; and his grandchildren, Madison, Camden, Evan, Chloe, Chance and Ophelia.
