He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy G Mayhue. He is survived by: his children, Tim, Robin, Joel, Sharon Lightner, Christine Lucente and Diana Mayhue; his siblings, Leslie Mayhue, Susan Denuzzio and Becky Castelli; and his sister-in-law Barbara Mayhue. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
