He was predeceased by: his mother Addie Burger; and his wife Donna Jean Dougherty. He is survived by: his children, Robert Jr. (Peggy) of Myrtle Beach, S. C, Cynthia Andrew of Clearwater, FL and Steven of Spring Hill, FL; and his grandchildren, James of Maryland, Timothy of Florida, Michael, Caitlyn of South Carolina, Corey of South Carolina and Landon of Maryland.
