He was predeceased by: his parents, Ann Florene Holder and Sammy Berryhill; and his siblings, Robert Lee, Gerald "Hvtke" Scott and Marie Revis.
He is survived by: his wife Shelia; his children, Robert Revis, Tracie Revis and Joseph Revis; his daughter-in-law Linda Revis; and his siblings, Faith Revis, Harley Revis, Lester Revis and Eddie Dale. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Covenant Harvest Church (722 N Hodge St, Sapulpa, OK 74066).
