It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas R. Carman of New Port Richey, Florida, who passed away on November 28, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his wife Cynthia Carman; his children, Michael Carman, Thomas Carman Jr. and Donna Marie Hellman; and his sister Margaret Fitzgerald. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
