Jerrald Bedenk Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jerrald Bedenk in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 6, 2026 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Frank Bedenk and Catherine Driscoll Bedenk; his former wife Beatrice Nolan Bedenk of Elmira; his siblings, Bill Bedenk (Lois Lutz Bedenk) and Margaret Johnson (Skip); and his brothers-in-law, Jim Nolan (Pat) and Joe Nolan (Lenore).

He is survived by: his wife Carol Patten; his children, Ann (Russell Babcock), Jerry, Susan (Alan Gay) and Betsy (Mike Melito); and his grandchildren, Rebecca and Joshua. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
