He was predeceased by : his parents, Gladys H. Bata and Joseph B. Bata; and his brother Joseph William Bata. He is survived by : his wife Avis Johnsen Bata; his sons, Anthony Paul Bata of Ft. Worth, TX and Michael Raymond Bata of Port Orange, FL.; and his great grandchild Ray. He is also survived by his four grandchildren.
