He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Lee and Dora Vickery Walker; and his wife Barbara Lou Burns Walker. He is survived by: his sons, Russell, Jr. (Susan) and Daniel; and his sisters, Nancy Bayless (David) and Janet Mooney (Randy). He is also survived by five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Settle-Wilder Funeral Home and Cremation Service (406 S Orange St, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168). A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:31 AM at the Espanola Cemetery (3570 Co Rd 205, Bunnell, FL 32110).
