He is survived by: his mother Kay Akins; his wife Tina Akins; his children, Michael Akins (Tabi Akins), Jaelyn Akins Weiden (Jerry Weiden), Jowel Santo Domingo (Ericca Santo Domingo), Jeremy Santo Domingo, Jered Cunningham (Megan Cunningham) and Jordan Cunningham (Delaney Belinskas); his grandchildren, Henry, Josie, Izabel of Mateja, JJ, Cam, Chase, Miles of Sincere, JJ, Skyler and Jax; his mother-in-law Wanita Walsh; his sister Kim Lemus; his brothers-in-law, Bob Lemus and Carl Walsh, Jr.; and his sibling's children, Ashley Lemus, Jacob Lemus and Cameron Webber.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Coronado Community United Methodist Church (201 S Peninsula Ave, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32169). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brannon Center. A burial will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sea Pines Cemetery (3001 S Ridgewood Ave, Edgewater, FL 32141).
