She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. James Collins; and her parents, Raymond Mosier and Irene Mosier. She is survived by: her sons, Mark Collins of New Smyrna Beach and James Collins (Christine) of Hinsdale, IL; her grandchildren, Nicholas Collins of West Chicago, IL and Barbara Collins of Brooklyn, NY; and her sister Barbara Mayer (George) of Williamsville, NY. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Peter the Fisherman Episcopal Church in New Smyrna Beach.
