He was predeceased by: his parents, J. D. Finch and Bertha Finch; his wife Penny Finch; and his sisters, Jessie Young and Margaret Sutton.
He is survived by: his sons, Patrick Finch (Stacy) and Cory Finch; his brother John Finch (Deb); and his grandchildren, Jake, Ciara, Austin, Emily and Sydney. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and many good friends.
