He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Ludwig and Pearl S. Klinger Ludwig. He is survived by: his wife Gloria J. Neumeister Ludwig; his sons, Rickey (Cynthia) of Lynn Haven, FL and Wayne (Kriste); and his grandchildren, Christopher, Andrew (Samantha) of Columba, VIC, Eric of Rolla, Samantha (Kody) of Panama City, FL, Natalie of Lynn Haven, FL and Cassandra of St. Louis, MO.. He is also survived by 4 Great- grandchildren.

Viewing will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Barry Salem United Methodist Church (858 Deep Creek Rd, Ashland, PA 17921). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
