He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Kathy Maxwell (Shawn), Keith Douglas (Kelly) and Kelly Roy (Jason); his grandchildren, Whitney, Shelby, Zachary, Keifer, Cali, Kenna, Piper and Hayes; and his siblings, Carolyn Flanagin and Tony Douglas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
