Anderson (Debora) of Parkersburg, WV; her grandchildren, Zachary, Jacob Phipps of Warren, OH, Matthew Phipps of Toledo, OH, Rachel Anderson of Clayton, NC, Michelle Anderson of Parkersburg, WV, Justin Anderson-Kort and Cody Anderson of Niceville, FL; and her great grandchildren, Victor, Oliver Kaptik (Oz) of Clayton, NC and Theodore Phipps (Teddy) of Toledo, OH. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
