With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of George W. Mickey (Niceville, Florida), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 25, 2025 at the age of 87. He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Mickey and Christine Mickey; his sisters, Virginia Zelensky and Lucille Molochnick; and his son-in-law Jeffery Scott Hess.

He is survived by: his wife Joan Barrett Mickey; his children, Pamela Anne Mickey, Karen Mickey Hess, Page Michelle Mansfield (Carey), Jason Matthew Mickey, Shannon Andrew Mickey (Zasha) and Joshua Wallace Mickey; and his brother Michael (Debbie). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.
