He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Marcucci and James Blackburn, Sr.; and his daughter Deborah Spara. He is survived by: his wife Pat Blackburn; his children, Kim Mathers (Bob), Kathy Adair (Mike) and Jeff Blackburn (Beverly); his half-brothers, Bob Blackburn and Gary Marcucci; and his sister-in-law Ginny Greif. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
