He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy Andrews and Rose Andrews. He is survived by : his wife Joy; his daughters, Alexis Yates (Jake) and Savanah Balkcom (Jamie); his granddaughter Myla; his son Justin Mikulcik; and his siblings, Lenard Andrews (Kim), Denise Greiner (Gary) and Cindy Dillon (Harold). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
