She is survived by: her husband Eddie Fleming; her daughter Michelle Church (Clay); her grandchildren, Corey Church and EvaClaire Church; her sister Diane Dawson (Jerry); her niece Mandy McMichael (Chad); and her nephew Bobby McMichael (Mandy Jo). She is also survived by one great-niece and four great-nephews.
