She was predeceased by: her parents, Shichitaro Sakugawa and Kame Sakuda; her husband George Edward Moyer; and her sisters, Masako Isa and Toshiko Sakugawa.
She is survived by: her sister Reiko Nakazato; her children, Charles (Ruth), Peter (Kathy) and Kathleen; and her grandchildren, Jennifer, Samantha, Jazmin, Kristin, Lorin, Keiko, John, Kenji and Tehya.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Emerald Coast Funeral Home (161 Racetrack Rd NW, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Flowers will be received by the family, or donations may be made to Soka Gakkai International.
