He was predeceased by: his wife Anna Marie Kuka. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer (Barry), Melissa (Michael) and Matthew; his grandchildren, Mikayla, Madison, Maddox, Malakai and Ana; and his pet Buddy.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Rocky Bayou Baptist Church (2401 Partin Dr N, Niceville, FL 32578). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
