He was predeceased by : his parents, Willie Lee and Eloise Mayer; and his brother Ricky G. Mayer. He is survived by : his wife Cheryl Ann Mayer; his son Christopher Lee Mayer (Misty); his grandchildren, Alexander Lee Mayer, Lillian Tilton (Wyatt) and Karyssa Jastrzebski; and his great grandchildren, Odessa and Sawyer-Lee Tilton.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in memory of Ronald to the Special Olympics.
