In loving memory of Valerie Cunningham Cahill of Niceville, Florida, who departed this world on October 23, 2025 at the age of 68. Valerie leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cunningham and Rose Cunningham. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Cahill; her children, John Ryan Strid (Kira) and Ashley Ann Facchini (Michael); her grandchildren, Ryan, Anna, Molly, Francesca Rose and Enzo; her sister Marcelle Rousseau; and her brother-in-law Jean Luc Rousseau.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Staci's (2996 Scenic Hwy 98, Destin, FL 32541). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, December 21st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Shaw's Crab House (21 E Hubbard St, Chicago, IL 60611).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Valerie's name to the American Cancer Society, an organization that was important to her.
