He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Miller and Lee Miller. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Lynn Miller; his daughter Erica Ennis; his son-in-law Jamey; his granddaughter Faith Lee; his stepdaughters, Jaimee, Ashley and Jillian; and his brothers, Samuel and Martin Miller.
