He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Duncan and Lela Duncan of Bowling Green, Ohio.; his brother Michael; and his nephews, Christopher Duncan and Derrick Duncan.

He is survived by : his caregiver Sheri Duncan of Tampa, FL.; his nephew Jeffry Duncan; his niece Tiffany Rathburn (Renee Leemaster); his stepdaughter Kelli Madjar of Tampa, FL.; his caregivers, Kathy Duncan of Tampa, FL and Cyndi Morris of Nokomis, FL.; and his friend Hanson Pipe.
