“Memories: In elementary school, I was seated (alphabetically) right behind Linda. Iintrigued by her lovely rag curls, one day I couldn't resist the urge to insert my pencil into one of those hollow cylinders. Fast forwarding to 1963, Linda's mother Effie was gravely ill. When a knock came to the door of our science class and Linda was called out of the room, I was fairly sure I knew why. Just three days later in the same classroom, we received word that the President had been shot.--Ben”
