He is survived by: his wife Janie Pate; his mother Minnie Pate of Connersville, IN; his children, Heather Kobilus (Armin) of Cape Coral, Shayla Pate (Johnny), Myranda Pate (Cody) and Tia Davis (Rory) of St. Augustine, FL; his siblings, Cletus Pate (Linda) of Indiana, Gerald Pate (Joyce) of Indiana, Tina Snyder (Ben) of Indiana and Shawn Pate (Kim) of Indiana; and his nibling Binx. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
