She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Hazen (Arthur "Skip"); her grandchildren, Arthur Hazen Jr. (Natalie) and Kyle Hazen (Michelle); her great grandchildren, Vita, Stella, Brooklyn and Lucas Hazen; and her siblings, Rosie, Eileen, Emma, Helen, Betty, Amos and Paul.
