She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Anna Neiman and William Neiman; her siblings, Sylvia Posner, Harold Neiman (Casey), Maurice Neiman (Lil), Libby Lawrence (Leslie) and Jack Neiman (Harriet); her husband Ronald Penner (ZL); her children, Barbara Penner Beckert (Ed) of Milwaukee, WI, Mark Penner of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Richard Penner of Lombard, IL and Wendy Penner (Steve Fein) of Williamstown, MA; and her grandchildren, Max (Lindsay), Jake, Alina and Hannah.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Star of David Memorial Chapel (7701 Bailey Rd, North Lauderdale, FL 33068). A committal service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.
