He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Borger and Adele Borger of York, PA. He is survived by: his sisters, Hara Borger Cohen and Karen Borger of Providence, RI.; his nephew Ben Cohen (Brooke) of Seattle; his niece Ashley Cohen (Aaron Winslow); and his great-nephew Arthur Winslow Cohen.
