Lauderdale, FL and Caleb Shaw of Boardman, OH; and her godchildren, Thomas Slavik of Phoenix, AR, Gianna of Douglasville, GA, Isaiah of Douglasville, GA and Indyah Neal of Douglasville, GA. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
