He was predeceased by: his parents, Isabel Jiménez Rosado and Efraín Díaz Cordero. He is survived by: his son Roberto Efraín Díaz; his former wife Olga Salazar of Bogotá, Colombia; and his siblings, Julia Elena Díaz, Luís Antonio Díaz, Wanda Díaz and Mildred Díaz of Ponce. He is also survived by nephews, extended family members, longtime friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Serenity Funeral Home & Cremation (1450 S State Rd 7, North Lauderdale, FL 33068).
