He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyril Lewis and Amy Lewis; his siblings, Valda Gayle, Chebeta Barham, Glaston Lewis and Trevor Lewis; his daughter Carlene Brown; and his son-in-law Kelven Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Hyacinth Lewis; his brothers, Leford Lewis and Herman Lewis; his children, Patrick Lewis, Rivelino Lewis (Angalee Lewis), Alkie Lewis Ximinies (Phillip Ximinies), Muhammad Lewis (Marsha Segree-Lewis) and Heather James (Jeremiah James); and his grandchildren, Shaina, Le'Andrew, Deanna, Nalani Selena, Carl, Kevon, Tracie, Terell, Taurmesia (Albert), Rivelino Jr., Tyler, Christian, Roy K., Rushawn, Phillip Jr. (Madison), Xerian, Mikhaela, Mayah, Janiah and Jeremiah Jr.. He is also survived by 29 great-grandchildren; beloved uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
