She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Stevens and Wacelia Stevens (Charles); her husband Dr. James Makol; and her siblings, Fred Stevens, Marie White, Alice Fuleihan, Lillian George and Sue Gustin.

She is survived by: her children, Dr. George Makol, Debbie Makol of Tucson, AZ, Linda Makol, Dale Davidson Hollywood and Randi Makol North.
