He is survived by: his parents, Susanne Rattner and Jeff Rattner of The Villages, FL; his brother Grant Bursek; his sister-in-law Lauren Block; and his niece Amiya Block of Denver, CO.. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Richard's memory may be made to the One Act of Giving Foundation, New Berlin WI, a charity to help veterans or Colorado Coalition for the Homeless.
