He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances and Samuel; and his sister Helen. He is survived by: his wife Maurita Ross; and his children, Frances Farris (Patrick), Rita Budnyk (Marty Domenech), Sam Budnyk (Jill), Mike Budnyk (Eileen) and Laura Budnyk. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
