It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William John Pfaffenberger (North Palm Beach, Florida), who passed away on December 20, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Pfaffenberger and Marjorie Pfaffenberger (Eder); and his brothers, Clarence (Cappy), David and Jimmy Pfaffenberger.

He is survived by: his close friends, Cromwell Remson and Hale Shaw; his wife Jane Clifton Pfaffenberger; his children, John Paul Pfaffenberger (J. P.) and Jill Pfaffenberger Rafferty (Bill); his stepchildren, Eric Clifton Williams (Megan) and Shannon Williams Andrews (David); his granddaughter Jazzman Pfaffenberger; his stepgrandchildren, Adele, Maren, Genevieve and Jonah Williams; his nephew Jimmy Pfaffenberger (Katie); and his niece Leigh Pfaffenberger Igarashi (Robert).

In lieu of flowers, friends may make donations to the Children's Home Society of Florida or to the charity of their choice in his memory.
