She is survived by: her children, Anthony Costa (Sue) of South Yarmouth, MA, Rick Costa (Collette) of Marco Island, FL, Rosemary Stone (John) of Boca Raton, FL, Theresa Adler of Boca Raton and Ann Marie Costa of Davidson, NC; her sister Josephine Lockwood of Marco Island; her son Larry Lockwood (PJ); her grandchildren, Heather Flaherty (Andy), Greg Costa (Jen), Danny Costa (Alexus), Joey Costa (Jessica), Kristina Costa, Michael Adler and Amy Andrade (Gabriel); and her great grandchildren, Connor, Aiden Flaherty, Katelyn, Megan Costa and Athena Andrade. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
