He is survived by: his wife Donna Legato; his children, Jeffrey Legato, Michael Legato (Sheryl) and Toni Lynn Seibert (Joe); his grandchildren, Kassi Brand, Nicole Burzimati, Austin Seibert, Nicholas Legato and Kayla Legato; and his great grandchildren, Griffin Brand and Natalia Burzimati.
