He was predeceased by: his daughter Rebekah Dawn Dennis (Collier). He is survived by: his wife Patty; his daughters, Ruth Prebynski (Josh) and Heather Collier; and his grandsons, Andrew Bernstein, Jackson Bernstein and Austin Prebynski.
