He is survived by: his wife Zulma; his children, Jaime (Owen), John and Jason; his children-in-law, Brad, Heather and Ashley; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Isabella (Owen), Peyton, Brayden Jayce (Owen) and Easton; Angelica (Ortiz).
In lieu of flowers donations can be dedicated in John's memory to Boys & Girls Club @ bgcsdc.org and selecting campaign for Gene Matthews Club located in North Port, FL.
