She was predeceased by: her former husband George Junior Hall; her mother Helen Brown (Jay); and her siblings, Dorothy Weber, Doris Brier, Pat Brown and Wiley Dezarn Jr..

She is survived by: her husband Vernon Francis; her sisters, June Newman and Shirley Nolan; her daughters, Pamela McLain (late Thomas) and Teletha Hall (Diana Salinas); and her grandchildren, DeAnna Batts (James), Danielle Williams (Dennis) and Davan McLain (Lauren). She is also survived by several great grandchildren and several other family and friends.
